Incorporating over 25 years of concurrent experience in the specialty food service industry, the Cappuccino Express team has effectively established a reputation of integrity and dependability.

In 1993, Cappuccino Express began service at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston with specialty roast, gourmet coffee. Event sizes ranged from 2000 attendees a day to over 48,000 at the International Quilt Festival. Within a year we became a part of the food service team at the Houston Music Hall serving beverages for pre-show and intermission. 

By 1995, Cappuccino Express provided catered coffee service for the Auxiliary of Texas Children’s Hospital for the Christmas holidays and then adding a room to room coffee and sandwich service for parents and families of patients.  That same year Cappuccino Express was awarded a contract to operate a café service at the Meyer Building, the Administration building for Texas Children’s Hospital.  The next year Jesse Jones Hall, home of the Houston Symphony, was added as well as the Wortham Theater whose patrons included the Houston Ballet and Grand Opera.

From 2003 to 2005 operations opened in the Austin Convention Center and the Palmer Center, Fort Worth Convention Center and then the Will Rogers Equestrian Center, New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Tampa and West Palm Beach Convention Centers and Washington DC Convention Center.  In 2007, we opened at the Reliant Center and Stadium, the Kansas City Convention Center, and the Baltimore Convention Center.
